Star Trek: The Next Generation was the first Star Trek I ever watched. As a kid, Captain Jean-Luc Picard was simply THE captain. Calm, curious, principled, and somehow commanding without ever needing to raise his voice. A lot of what I think good leadership looks like started on that bridge.
